Overview

Michelle Bieber is a shareholder with Bean, Kinney & Korman, practicing family law and domestic relations. As a family law attorney, she helps individuals navigate the complexities of divorce and child custody proceedings with compassion and commitment. Her areas of expertise include divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, and post-nuptial agreements.

Michelle’s clerkship experience and internships for several judges affords her the ability to provide a unique perspective to evaluate and deliver necessary requirements to meet her clients’ needs. Michelle works with clients to craft a solution-oriented approach to all matters, considering each family’s particular needs, whether this involves litigation, mediation, negotiation, or some combination thereof.  While she is a zealous advocate in the courtroom, she also understands the importance of what comes after the divorce, and is dedicated to helping her clients craft long-term solutions that will serve their families for years to come.

Michelle also works as a neutral mediator for couples going through the divorce, custody, or support processes.

Michelle is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and is additionally certified in collaborative law and trained as a mediator for family law matters.

Beyond the Suit

Michelle, her husband and daughters live in Arlington, VA. In her spare time, she participates in a recreational soccer league and enjoys skiing and biking.
